Here is the trailer for the Goblin EP that Death Waltz released. I did the video/sound editing, photoshop work for the text, and After Effects work for post work.
I wanted to replace the record labels in a couple of shots of the trailer with the Death Waltz logo. I created this label using a vector file of the DW logo, and a blank vinyl label, both seen below.
I used several screenshots from the Susperia title sequence, and using the letters from different title cards I arranged them to spell out DEATH WALTZ. I then traced that using the pen tool to create what you see here.
I had the brand new clean album art, but for this video I wanted it to look dated and beat up. I took an image of the Beatles White Album which had clearly visible record wear marks, and used that as an overlay to create what you see here.
